How can I cancel an order?

Every order placed is finalized and orders can not be edited or changed. However in an unfortunate event, order cancellation requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as soon as possible and can not be cancelled once placed. Once your order is received, you may send it back as long as it is unopened and unused for a refund.​

All of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and embedded with compassion (A portion of every purchase goes toward local animal shelters)!

 

Press-on Cluster Lashes

To properly remove your lashes, use a small amount of oil based makeup remover on a cotton swab saturate the cotton. Next, rub the swab on the glue line while gently pulling the lashes off. If anything hurts make sure to use more makeup remover before continuing. Pull off the lash and use the cotton swab and lash spoolie to remove the rest of the left over glue and remember to avoid getting anything in your eye!

Each box of cluster lashes is pre-glued so you don't need to worry about buying lash glue. You can use your fingers to apply the lashes and press down, but for more precise placement we recommend using a tweezer to place the lash. Each cluster lash is an under lash application for a seamless look and lasts 3-7 days. With gentle and proper care, a set can lash 1-2 weeks. Each box can last up to a month with proper care.

CairoBeauty Lip Balms

Our lip balms are all locally formulated. Each tint serves as a nourishing treatment while adding a subtle, effortless touch to your makeup look.

USPS Shipping

USPS does not update tracking until 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. We currently only ship within the US nation and not internationally.

Exchanges and returns

Due to sanitary purposes, there are no returns or exchanges. However, in the unfortunate event you receive a damaged product we will happily replace it or refund you within 14 days within the date of purchase with a receipt. At CairoBeauty we occasionally offer special sales and promotions. Customers can use one promotion per order. How am I Helping Support Animal Welfare?​

Every purchase contributes to caring for animals who have been abused or neglected. Every month, we donate 5% of our total sales to local animal shelters. Currently, we work with Aloha Animal Sanctuary out in Kaneohe. They're a local, non-profit, 100% volunteer ran organization that takes in abused, neglected farm animals.
