Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location.

Cairo Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cairo Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you are able to receive your package safely.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Cairo Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement. Claims must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Allergy & Product Use Disclaimer

Cairo Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please review all product ingredients carefully and perform a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
