About us CairoBeauty CairoBeauty officially launched on 6/17/2020 and we are based in Honolulu, Hawaii. CairoBeauty is named after our founder's cat, Cairo. Cairo was rescued from the street when he was 2 months old. He was severely underweight, only having patches of fur, full of parasites/worms, and terribly scared. He was taken to the vet first thing and was treated immediately. Adjusting to home life for him was hard at first, but eventually he slowly started coming out to play, eat, and use the bathroom. Before we knew it, Cairo was growing back all his fur, had no more parasites/worms, and is at a perfectly healthy weight! Now he is in a very loving home and is healthier than ever! CairoBeauty is a small business with big dreams. We are adding more products to the site to give you a wider range to choose from. CairoBeauty is currently only online but we are striving to one day be able to open up stores for your convenience. We are committed to providing you with high quality products and service. Customer Support How can I contact customer service? Every order placed is finalized and orders can not be edited or changed. However in an unfortunate event, order cancellation requests will be considered but not guaranteed . Orders are shipped as soon as possible and can not be cancelled once placed. To properly adjust the lash to your unique eye shape, cut the lash starting from the outer end. To properly remove your lash, use a small amount of makeup remover on a cotton pad or swab and saturate the cotton. Next, rub the glue line until you can't see any more glue. Pull off the lash and use the rest of the cotton to remove left over glue and remember to avoid getting anything in your eye! Our lipsticks are cruelty free! We don't sell any lip liners yet, however new products will be coming soon! ​ USPS Shipping USPS does not update tracking until 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment.
